By installing or using FeedX Smart Related Products (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the App for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
2. The service
The App lets Shopify merchants configure and display product recommendations on eligible blog articles. Features may include article-tag matching, product-tag sources, collection or best-seller fallbacks, section positions, layouts, and button labels.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Use the App in compliance with Shopify policies and applicable law.
- Review recommendation rules, content, product availability, prices, and storefront presentation.
- Maintain the security of your Shopify account and authorized users.
- Avoid using the App to present deceptive, unlawful, or infringing content.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans, prices, trials, approvals, renewals, cancellations, and billing are presented and managed through Shopify. Features or section limits may vary by plan. Shopify's billing records control if they conflict with a local display.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. FeedX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful conduct, or platform requirements. Sections rendered by the App stop when access is removed.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated date above shows when the current version became effective.
